Living our dream,

 traveling the world!

Travel to Andorra

Our Margot

    April 29th

Well… we turned in our boat, Margot, this morning.  🙁  🙁 !!!

Then we walked to the train station, and ate breakfast.  Both of us are still swaying like we are on the boat — I don't know long this will last, but I don't care for it. Anyway, we caught the train in Agde to Beziers. It took 11 minutes!!! Then literally caught next train – 6minutes later – which took us all the way to Toulouse. This 2nd leg took one hour and forty minutes. …So two train rides and a total time on the trains equal to one hour and fifty-one minutes.

In the boat for two weeks, we only traveled from Carcassonne to Agde!!!     Incredible, but it was a very rewarding two weeks!!

Back to Toulouse, we had one hour and forty minutes. So we went to a Kebab place for lunch that we had eaten at before. Yumm!  Left and went to catch our bus to Andorra. We traveled on some very windy, hairpin curved roads because we in going through the Pyrenees mountains. The mountains are very rugged and steep, beautiful. The day is cloud covered and shrouds the tops of many peaks. And of course, with clouds comes rain. We descended down into the capital, Andorra la Vella. The bus stops here. Interesting fact: Andorra la Vella is the highest capital city in Europe, 3,356 ft. From the bus station, we trekked in the rain with our luggage, of course. Arrived at our hotel – we will be here three nights – showered and crashed.
