Moroccan Living 3
June 18th
If you haven't noticed, I have changed the titling of the blog. I also may not be doing daily entries!!! :0 (I didn't do one yesterday.) But everyday is not super special to write about.
We did have a nice half rotisserie chicken with sides of fries, saffron or turmeric rice with peppers, and Moroccan salad – which is a plate with scoops of beets, potatoes, cucumber, red onions, tomatoes, and white rice topped with a bit of lettuce and mayo drizzle over all. We also had a bowl of savory chicken “au jus”. It was very good.
Anyway, this evening was our time to reconnect with our local church back home on ZOOM and family on What'sApp. I cannot say enough about these technologies. It helps to keep in touch!!!
We watched sunset from our window (even though it wasn't the best – it was nice) and listened to the rolling surf with calls of seagulls and calls of prayer.
