Essaouira, Day 4
June 8th
Today, we did not do much (I was having mild GI issues).
We were catered lunch from our host and his wife cook, a lovely Sargot (White Seabream) Fish Tagine with lemon, carrots, tomatoes, and olives with side dishes of olives; a salad of tomatoes and green bell pepper; bread (more like a cornbread); and big bowl of honeydew. Then of course he gave us some mint tea! It was all very good and actually helped toward settling my stomach.
That is pretty much it but WOW. We will pay our host and his wife for this meal.
